FACILITIES RENTAL FEES AND CHARGES

THE FOLLOWING IS A FEE SCHEDULE FOR RESERVATION OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES.  THE UNITS OF TIME WILL BE CHARGED BY WHOLE UNITS AND NOT PRORATED FOR FRACTIONS OF TIME:

SPORTS/ATHLETIC FIELD - Payment required to confirm reservation – cost is per field

        Non-profit or single use-        $75.00 per day

        Camp rental-                           $125.00 – ½ day or $175.00 – full-day

        Tournament Rental                      Resident                                Non-Resident

                            Youth (18 & under)    $100/field/day                    $150/field/day

                            Adult (over 18)           $150/field/day                    $200/field/day                   

POOL/ATHLETIC FIELD LIGHTS - $20.00 PER HOUR

PICNIC PAVILION - The rental fee is required to confirm a reservation .  $10.00 of the rental fee is non-refundable.  Rental fees, less non-refundable deposit will be returned as long as the recreation dept. receives a two-week advance notice of cancellation or if the cancellation is due to inclement weather.

            Private Family Picnic - Resident=$75, Non-Resident=$100 ($10.00 non-refundable)

           Company Picnic- Resident=$125, Non-Resident=$150 ($10.00 non-refundable)

           Special Event  (combined with camp or tournament, etc.) - Resident=$100, Non-Resident=$125 ($10.00 non-refundable)

FACILITY RESERVATION FEES

(Recreation Building Community Room, and ESBN Community Room)

PARTIAL DAY RENTAL-  3 HOUR MINIMUM - 

• Resident - $200.00 ($25 non-refundable)

• Non-Resident- $250.00 ($25 non-refundable)

EACH ADDITIONAL HOUR (Residents) - $50.00 PER HOUR  (Non-Residents) $60.00 PER HOUR- The minimum rental fee is required to confirm reservation.  $25.00 of the rental fee is non-refundable. Balance of the rental fee plus a cleaning deposit is due when the key is picked up.  Cleaning deposit less any damages or more than customary cleaning, will be refunded when key is returned. 

FULL DAY RENTAL (more than 8 hours on one day) -  

• Resident- $500.00 ($50 non-refundable)

• Non-Resident- $600.00 ($50 non-refundable)

The minimum rental fee of $200 or $250 is required to confirm reservation.  Balance of the rental Fee plus the cleaning deposit  is due when key is picked  up.  Cleaning deposit less any damages or more than customary cleaning will be refunded when key is returned.

CLEANING DEPOSITS

• Cleaning Deposit for a function with out alcohol- $150.00

• Cleaning Deposit for a function with alcohol- $400.00

  Security deposit less any charges for damages  or more than customary cleaning will be refunded when key is returned. 

SWIMMING POOL - 

The Hampden Pool may be rented in the evenings from 8 - 10 p.m. after the pool closes for special events and parties.  The all inclusive price includes required lifeguard staff, managers, pool usage, and pool lights.  A $50.00 advance deposit is required (refunded if there is inclement weather on the day of the rental).  Balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled party.  Individuals interested need to fill out a facility request form which is available at the Recreation Department, the Pool during the summer months, or print one off of the Township's website.

• Pool Member- $400.00

• Non-Member-$500.00
